We pride ourselves on providing superior food, libations and service.We accomplish this with none of the pretense you may find in other establishments.
Meal Service: An accurate breakdown of your meal selections must be provided to the Catering Office 5 business days prior to the event. Because of the increasing demand for vegetarian alternatives, if your party is over 30 in number, a vegetarian dish must be one of your selections.
Damages: Any damage to Legends premises or equipment will be charged to the person responsible for the event.
Lost/Found/Storage: Legends is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any items left in the restaurant prior to, during or following your function. Please check with the host for any lost possessions. All items must be removed from the restaurant after the event.
Billing & Payments: All functions must be paid in full by the end of the event. No invoicing will be considered or honored.
Bars: There is a set-up charge of $50.00 for a private bar for groups less than 20. For groups of more than 20 persons the $50.00 set-up charge will be waived.
Dress Code: Casual Attire
Catering: Aside from celebration cakes; all food & beverage must be purchased from Legends and served by our staff (No Exceptions). There is a $1.00 per person serving charge for all celebration cakes. Due to Health Department and insurance regulations, remaining food items from a catered function cannot be taken off the premises for consumption. This policy applies to all perishable food, including entrees of guaranteed guests unable to attend. Offsite- $200 initial delivery fee; Staffed events $85 per hour
Drop off catering events: $15 minimum delivery charge.

Guarantee Policy: A preliminary count must be given two weeks prior to the event. The final guest count must be specified no later than five business days prior to the event. We will allow 5% variation over your guaranteed number. If your group exceeds the standard 5%, we will make every effort to accommodate the increase in attendance’; however this cannot be guaranteed. The host is billed the guaranteed number, or number of guests served, whichever is greater.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: Legends requires any event booked with estimated revenue of $2,000 or more to pay a 50% deposit by cash or check thirty (30) days prior to the event. Credit cards will not be accepted for deposits. For functions cancelled fewer than 30 days in advance of the scheduled date, the 50% deposit will be kept as the cancellation fee.*****Legends also requires “off hours groups” to pay a $1,000 room rental fee. This $1000.00 fee is non-refundable, and will be billed in addition to the 50% deposit required 30 days before the event.Functions cancelled 7 days or less in advance will pay 60% of the estimated charges for the event in addition to the deposit.All food & beverage are subject to 20% service charge & Ohio State Sales Tax

From Lima/Dayton (points south on I-75)
Follow I-75 North to Exit 157 (Route 12 - Findlay/Columbus Grove). Turn right on West Main Cross (Route 12), follow Route 12 approximately 1.5 miles Turn Right on Main St. (at the Court House). We are located 2 blocks South on Main St. between Sandusky & Crawford Street. From Columbus North on U.S. 23 which will turn into Route 15. Follow Route 15 to I-75 Exit 157 (Route 12 –Findlay/Columbus Grove). Turn right on West Main Cross(Route 12), follow Route 12 approximately 1.5 miles. Turn Right on Main St. (at the Court House). We are located 2 blocks South on Main St. between Sandusky & Crawford Street.
From Cleveland West on the Ohio Turnpike (Route 80) to exit 64 (I-75)
Drive south on I-75 and follow directions from Toledo above.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be shipped the following business day, subject to weather-related delays or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes and your package will be returned to us. There is no guarantee on timing of US Postal Services deliveries because these packages cannot be tracked.
Refund policy - All gift card sales are final - No refunds.
